The Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI) is seeking a Customer Care Operator to join the Victorian Clinical Genetics Services. You will be the first point of contact for health specialists, patients and the public, handling calls, emails and data entry to support laboratory services.
You will enter patient information into LabWare LIMS, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to quality and improvement initiatives while working in a rotating roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
