About The Role:
As ourNight Shift Supervisor on the Waterfront Project,you will be leading and supporting a workforce of approximately30 personnelacross the3:00pm to 1:00am shift.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.Initially overseeing structural works, steel installation, subcontractor coordination and work sequencing, before transitioning into the fit-out phase of the project.
The role works closely with project teams and site stakeholders to maintain productivity, address in office challenges, and support the successful delivery of key project milestones.

Key Accountabilities:
Leadand coordinate teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Drivea strong safety, health, and environmental culture across all works.
Planand manage daily, weekly, and short-term construction activities.
Buildand maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Prepareand deliver accurate progress reports, shift handovers, and project updates.
Monitorproject costs, budgets, and commercial performance within delegated authority.
Reviewdrawings, designs, and project documentation to support successful delivery.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while promoting proactive risk management.
Developand lead site personnel, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure compliance with contractual, industrial, and company requirements.
What we are looking for:
Previousexperience supervising structural workson major construction projects ($300mill up)
Strong understanding of construction methods and site operations.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
Experience leading subcontractors, suppliers, and site crews.
Sound knowledge of safety, quality, and construction compliance requirements.
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive productivity and meet programme milestones.
Relevant construction qualification and White Card.
