Randstad is seeking a proactive Property Services Manager to lead maintenance, trade operations and facilities compliance across a diverse portfolio of sites in South Australia.
You will manage a team of Property Officers and a network of contractors to deliver high standards with minimal disruption to residents.
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will drive preventative and reactive maintenance, maintain budgets, ensure compliance with accreditation standards and safety requirements, and
