The Hellenic Community Aged Care in City of Stirling, WA, seeks an experienced hospitality leader to oversee the integrated kitchen, dining, barista and laundry services.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, recruit and develop staff, and ensure high standards of food quality and resident-centred care.
Responsibilities include budget management, scheduling, performance coaching and ensuring compliance with FSANZ, state laws and Aged Care Quality Standards.
