29Metals is seeking a Mechanical Leading Hand for the Golden Grove operation in Western Australia.
You will report to the Mechanical Supervisor and run on a 2:2 roster (day and night shifts), maintaining both surface and underground equipment and leading the maintenance team to improve safety, reliability and performance.
Responsibilities include prioritising resources, ensuring timely time sheets, inspecting installations, and developing SOPs for electrical tasks while aligning with site
