Andaz Gold Coast is preparing to open and seeks a Guest Service Team Leader for the Communications function. You will lead the team responsible for managing every guest interaction over the phone, coaching colleagues to deliver warm, personalised service and ensuring productive, accurate responses.
You will work closely with all hotel departments, support service recovery, test systems, develop procedures and train colleagues to prepare for a successful opening.
