About the role

As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for every person who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities
Converting enquiries into memberships
Conducting club tours and consultations
Prospecting and generating current leads
Following up appointments and enquiries
Building relationships within the local community
Delivering an exceptional member experience
Supporting club operations and presentation
Assisting with local marketing and events

About you
Loves working with people
Is confident and enjoys sales
Is motivated by achieving targets
Has excellent communication skills
Is reliable and professional
Takes pride in maintaining high standards
Is passionate about health and fitness
Wants to build a long-term career in the fitness industry
Previous gym experience isn't essential
