Oversee and implement WHS management systems in line with NSW legislation and company policies.
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and SWMS reviews for major subcontractors.
Manage high-risk construction activities, including crane operations, deep excavation, and edge protection.
Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
Foster a cooperative, positive safety culture among site personnel and contractors.

qualification
Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS) as a minimum
