About The Chance

The primary purpose of this position is to support clients with their insurance needs while developing your knowledge and capabilities as an Insurance Broker.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Provide ongoing customer service and assist with claims or policy changes
Analyse client insurance needs and recommend suitable policy options
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients and insurance carriers
Negotiate insurance policy terms and conditions with insurance carriers
Maintain a high standard of communication and service throughout the client relationship




Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to insurance regulations

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
