We’re looking for an energetic, organised and seriously reliable person - supporting both Southern Star and Canterbury.

You don’t need years of experience.

We’re much more interested in finding someone who is switched-on, communicates well, learns quickly and has a genuine drive to find solutions.

What will you actually do?
Own the reception desk at our Clayton showroom
Answer and direct incoming calls
Welcome customers, suppliers, and visitors
Help with general customer service and administration across both brands

Phones will ring while someone is standing at reception and another person will need something from you. If you enjoy being in the middle of the action, you’re going to love it!

Who are we looking for?
Seriously reliable - this one really matters
Warm, confident and engaging
Comfortable speaking with lots of different people
Able to juggle several things without losing track
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do




Comfortable with computers and learning current systems
Keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility over time

You might currently be working in retail , hospitality , reception , administration or customer service and be looking for your first reliable full time office role.

Experience in windows, construction or manufacturing would be great - but it definitely isn’t essential.
