Blue Care Mackay Homefield is seeking a dedicated Wellness Partner to deliver engaging, person-centred wellness programs for residents in our aged care facility. You will work closely with residents, families and the care team to create meaningful activities that promote physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing.
You will facilitate group and one-on-one activities, support independence and dignity, and help with wellbeing assessments and reporting.
