Job Description
CareChoice is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist NDIS participants with complex behaviours and mental health needs in Melbourne. You will deliver person-centered care, promote safety, and support participants to reach their goals with a calm, qualified approach.

Applicants should have 3+ years' experience, a Cert III/IV in Individual Support, and current checks (NDIS, WWCC, First Aid/CPR). Join a team focused on inclusive, high-quality care.
