Job Description
City of Greater Geelong is seeking a permanent, full‐time Performance Analyst to assess the City's performance against its priorities, shape data‐driven systems, and champion protected AI and automation to improve planning, reporting and insights.

You'll lead the Annual Planning Cycle, develop and align service plans, consolidate them into an organisation‐wide plan, track outcomes, and support KPI delivery while mentoring team members.
