Join SALHN as Head of Unit providing senior clinical and operational leadership across General Medicine at Flinders Medical Centre, setting clear standards for patient care, safety, and outcomes.

Essential qualifications
n
n
appropriate Specialist Qualification for Consultant/Senior Consultant registrable as a Specialist with the Medical Board of South Australia
n
proven leadership skills and an ability to motivate others
n
proven ability to successfully lead skilled groups to achieve best practice clinical outcomes
n
highly developed analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make sound management decisions
n




demonstrated capacity to effectively lead in an environment of dynamic change and financial constraint
n
demonstrated experience in a Senior Clinical leadership role
n
demonstrated experience in the planning and provision of health services
n
n
