The Role: Cook
n

Cook delicious, healthy and nutritionally balanced meals using our Nido Menus




n
Purchase food and supplies for the kitchen
n
Ensure dietary and allergy requirements and restrictions for every child are supported by having thorough knowledge of risk minimisation and communication plans
n
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Certificate II or III in Commercial Cookery - desirable
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - required
n
Experience working in a childcare or aged care setting
n
Valid WWCC
n
Strong understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
n
Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment
