Established in ****, Benedict is an Australian family owned and operated company that has grown from a small haulage contractor, to one of the largest producers and resellers of quarried, recycled and landscape products in Current South Wales. Benedict is still growing today, consistently meeting greater Sydney's needs for civil, construction, landscaping, and recycled products, whilst fast becoming the industry leaders in recycling and resource recovery.

About the role
9-month fixed term contact working full time, with the potential for extension.
This is a varied and fast-paced role working across both Customer Service and Allocations where you will be responsible for:
Managing customer orders, daily truck movements and next day dispatch set-up.
Taking customer calls and sales orders via phone and email.
Providing general administrative support as required.
What we are looking for
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise your work to meet customer demands.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in customer service, transport, allocations or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
An understanding of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) would be viewed favourably but isn't essential.
Benedict promotes a safe work culture. The successful applicant will be required to participate in reference checking and a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
