Regis Resources seeks a Process Training Advisor for our Duketon operation.
You will plan, coordinate and administer site-based training programs to develop Process Operations personnel, in consultation with Training.
This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster from Perth.
The role focuses on developing training pathways, maintaining training records, and delivering a broad suite of training activities across orientation, VOCs and safety programs.
Support and coaching for crew trainers is included.
