Coles is seeking two fixed-term P&C; Project Leads for 8 to 10 months to drive people and change outcomes across large-scale programs. This hands-on role partners with Operations, Corporate functions and cross‐functional teams to translate program objectives into practical people outcomes.

You will coordinate delivery, change leadership and stakeholder engagement, ensuring readiness, adoption and sustainable benefits across multiple priorities. Hybrid working options are available.
