Job Description
Migration Delivery
LeadJira and Confluence migration activities from planning throughproduction cutover.
Coordinatemigration waves, testing cycles, and go-live activities.
Supportproject, issue, workflow, space, and attachment migration activities.
Ensuremigration deliverables are completed on schedule and meet qualitystandards.
Technical Leadership
Provideguidance to Atlassian Engineers, Developers, and Administrators.
Reviewconfigurations, permissions, workflows, schemes, and customizations.
Validatemigration readiness and identify technical risks.
Application & Integration Support
AssessMarketplace Apps and migration dependencies.
Coordinatemigration of supported plugins and integrations.
SupportJira-Confluence application linking and configuration activities.
Assistwith automation and reporting setup in Atlassian Cloud.
Testing & Validation
ManageSIT, UAT, and post-migration validation activities.
Coordinatedefect tracking and resolution.
Validatedata integrity and user access post migration.
Supportbusiness users during testing and cutover.
Stakeholder Management
Workclosely with client SMEs,



application owners, security teams, andproject managers.
Conductmigration workshops, status updates, and technical reviews.
Provideregular progress reports, risks, and mitigation plans.
Required Skills
7-10+years of Atlassian experience.
Strongexpertise in Jira Software, JSM, and Confluence.
Experiencewith Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) and Confluence CloudMigration Assistant (CCMA).
Strongunderstanding of workflows, schemes, permissions, automations, andMarketplace Apps.
Excellentclient communication and leadership skills.

Lead the execution of Jira and Confluence Data Center to Cloudmigration activities, ensuring successful planning, configuration, testing,and go-live.
Act as the primary technical lead for migration teams andcollaborate with architects, client stakeholders, administrators, anddevelopers to deliver a seamless cloud transformation
Minimum Years of Experience:10+
Certifications Needed: PreferredCertifications
AtlassianCertified Confluence Administrator
Atlassian CloudMigration Certification
