Experienced Patrol Guards – Ballarat

We are looking for multi-skilled and experienced patrol guards to support Sectrol's growing business.
n
The role requires security guards with outstanding verbal and written communications skills as well as strong customer service experience.
n
Your potential to secure this role would be enhanced with recognised qualifications in computer science and or proven experience working with computer systems and/or call centres.

The Role

Attend alarms, complete mobile patrols, and "let-in-let-outs" in accordance with customer instructions.
n
Static guarding in many different types of premises including commercial and manufacturing sites, social services, retail, education, and health.
n




Provide customers with "concierge-quality" service.
n
Accurately record and communicate patrol status and alarms.
n
Support the company's monitoring centre operations including answering calls, effectively responding to issues and accurately updating customer data.
n
Complete all processes and reporting as required.

You will have a current Victorian Private Security License, Victorian Driver's License and have at least two (2) years' previous experience as a Patrol or Static Guard.
n
You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or appropriate sub-class visa holder with free working rights in Victoria.
n
