Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Staff Counsellor at Social Worker / Counsellor Level 3 or Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to provide confidential counselling and wellbeing support for staff across SLHD sites.
The role includes crisis intervention, short-term counselling, and supervision for teams, with opportunities for staff development and post-traumatic support.
