Job Responsibilities:
Drive the creation of the copy and content for the website, blog articles, press releases and marketing collateral
Research appropriate topics for content creation and distribution including fact-checking and image sourcing
Research trending topics for immediate content creation & distribution
Develop email newsletter copy
Create effective, engaging content
Editing, scheduling & publishing website content
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has shown outstanding academic performance
Is social and has an understanding of users' behaviour
Focused on delivering a great customer experience
Doesn't know everything, but can quickly learn and apply new knowledge
Is willing to work in a wide range of fields — whether copywriting, SEO or influencer outreach
You are highly proficient in spoken and written English (Aus)
Has outstanding editing and copywriting skills, with a sense for conversion-oriented language
Is performance and results-oriented
Familiarity & understanding of writing for a variety of target audiences
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles
Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work
A positive disposition and ability to work well with others
Good computer skills and strong familiarity with the web
Detail-oriented and organized
Has a passion for creative content, social media and article/blog material
Have an understanding of emerging platforms and digital tools
Good at multitasking - we're an agile team that moves quickly
Open to learning in a fast-paced environment
Wanting to learn about delivering high-quality work
Completed or in your Final year of completing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
Basic knowledge of Word Press for loading content is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of the property industry terminology is preferred but not required.
