We currently have the exciting opportunity for an Academic Coordinator (Chemistry) to join the team on a sessional basis for Semester 3. This opportunity is currently open to UTS College staff only.

About the role
n
The Academic Coordinator contributes to the assurance of high quality UTS College subject curriculum and delivery and student learning outcomes in the Science & Engineering programs during semester, by ensuring that all curriculum materials exemplify our integrated model of learning and cutting-edge teaching and learning practices; demonstrating leadership in teaching while guiding, coaching and supervising other stream/subject teachers,



and ensuring students have early access to any and all additional support services they may benefit from.

This position will hold a range of responsibilities during the academic semester, including:

Curriculum development

Academic administration and semester preparation
n
Teaching
n
Student support
n
Assessment and moderation
n
Leadership
n
Ongoing scholarship and development
n
Contributing to UTS College initiatives, events and culture
