What You'll Be Doing
n

Leading and developing the Facilities team to deliver safe, efficient and proactive maintenance outcomes.
n
Overseeing the maintenance and performance of bowling equipment, games, attractions, building services and venue infrastructure.
n
Driving preventative maintenance programs to maximise asset lifespan and minimise downtime.
n
Managing contractor relationships and coordinating facility projects.
n
Ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory and company standards.
n
Partnering with venue leaders to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
n
Monitoring maintenance priorities, asset performance and expenditure to support business goals.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Leadership experience in facilities, maintenance,



technical operations or a similar setting.
n
Strong technical aptitude and experience working with equipment, mechanical systems, attractions or building infrastructure.
n
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
n
A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to safety and operational excellence.
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
n
Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
n
