We're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth across our lender portfolio.

This is a senior, client-facing role that combines strategic account management and new business development. You'll grow existing relationships while identifying, pursuing and winning new opportunities across the banking and finance sector.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and grow relationships with banks, non-bank lenders, mutual banks and credit unions.

Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
n
Manage and expand key client accounts.
n
Build relationships with executive and senior decision-makers.
n
Lead commercial discussions, proposals and presentations.
n
Represent Lextech at industry events and networking opportunities.
n
Collaborate with operational, legal and technology teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

About You
n
Proven success in business development, sales or relationship management within banking, lending, financial services or fintech.
n
Strong industry network and understanding of the Australian lending market.
n
Track record of winning new business and growing strategic accounts.
n
Confident engaging with executives and senior stakeholders.
n
Commercially savvy, driven and highly relationship-focused.
