About the role:
Partner with business leaders to manage operating expenditure and headcount.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and ongoing analysis of workforce costs.
Deliver clear financial insights to support commercial decision-making.
Monitor actual performance against budget, identifying risks and opportunities.
Provide analysis and recommendations on vacancies, recruitment and resourcing.
Support month-end reporting, including accruals, variances and cost reviews.
Improve financial models, reporting tools and workforce planning processes.
Build robust stakeholder relationships and promote financial accountability.
About you:
Proven experience in financial business partnering, budgeting and forecasting within a complex organisation.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse headcount, workforce and operating cost trends.
Advanced financial modelling and reporting skills, with strong Excel and data analysis capability.
Excellent stakeholder management skills,
with the ability to influence leaders and communicate financial insights clearly.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline and CA, CPA or CIMA qualification (completed or working towards) highly regarded.
