GrainCorp in Dookie seeks an Assistant Site Manager to report to the Site Manager and work with a team of permanent Grain Handlers to deliver a safe, effective service in the receival, storage and outload of grain via road and rail.
You will coordinate daily workflow, attract, select, train and develop staff, build relationships with growers and customers, assist with site budgeting and KPI targets, and plan maintenance and safety activities.
