Bankwest is seeking an Early Customer Engagement Specialist to contact customers who have fallen behind on payments across Credit Cards, Home Loans, Personal Loans and Overdrawn Accounts.
You will listen, negotiate repayment solutions and guide customers toward staying in their homes while protecting the bank's relationship.
The role offers part time 32 hours per week with training in the Perth office starting 26 October ****.
