About the role
Grafton Base Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to liaise with NursingUnitManagers,nursingstaff,medicalteamsandthe Manager PatientFlowtoidentifyand transfer patients to the discharge lounge from the inpatient units at the earliest time of day possible.
Primarilyresponsibility to provide nursing care for patients in a safe and competent manner.
Nursing practiceshould reflect current knowledge of nursing and related disciplines.
