Plan Partners is seeking a National Claims Manager to lead a team of about 80 staff across three locations, reporting to the Head of Operations.
You will direct the end-to-end claims processing for NDIS participants, driving efficiency, accuracy and timely delivery while implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the MMS plan.
The role requires at least 8 years of high-level claims leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a track record of continuous improvement.
