About the role:
Carinity Home Care –Brisbane South and Logan are looking for a Registered Nurse to jointheir team.
You will provide clinical and personal care support toCarinity Home Care Clients.
Your approach to care is holistictaking in account the physical, social and spiritual needs of theclient, adopting a problem-solving approach for the planning,delivery and evaluation of care provided.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Delivering person-centred care providing high-qualityclinical care to the community
Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated withcollaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Managing medications and supplies in line with legalrequirements
Ensuring compliance with aged care standards andpolicies
Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environmentwithin the community and staff
Building effective relationships with clients, families,and external stakeholders
About you:
You bring warmth, patience andgenuine empathy to your work, along with a strong commitment todelivering high quality care to older people.
Confident incoordinating services and working collaboratively, you buildtrusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Your strongcommunication skills and client-first approach support wellbeing,independence and positive experiences.
Minimum two years recent experience as RN
Demonstrated clinical skills and experience working withinthe Community and Aged Care.




Experience in wound care and catheter management in acommunity-based healthcare setting is desirable
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicateeffectively.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Current Driver's Licence and own transport
Excellent time and IT management skills
