About the role:
Based at the
Arundel Commercial Centre
, you will be the face of the
Hyundai
new vehicles team, guiding customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives.
Your day-to-day will include:
Meeting and qualifying customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle from the current car range
Conducting thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives that give customers confidence in their decision
Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery, so customers feel supported at every step
Building a pipeline of repeat and referred business by maintaining relationships after the sale
Working closely with the finance and accessories teams to offer customers a complete, tailored solution
Achieving monthly sales targets in a team environment that recognises individual contribution
About you:
You are someone who takes pride in honest, consultative selling and genuinely enjoys helping people find the right fit.
More about you:
Previous experience in automotive or high-value retail sales gives you a strong foundation to build from
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for conducting test drives
Strong communication skills mean customers leave every conversation feeling informed and valued




You are organised and reliable, able to manage multiple customers and follow-ups without dropping the ball
Comfort with CRM systems and basic administration keeps your pipeline accurate and your manager informed
A genuine interest in vehicles means product knowledge comes naturally, not as a chore
