As ourAdministration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of theservice, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring thesmooth day to day operation of our office.
This is a fantasticopportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoysbuilding relationships and takes pride in keeping things runningefficiently behind the scenes.
What will atypical day look like?
Answer phone and inperson enquiries and liaise with tenants, participants,government departments, members of the public and otherstakeholders.
Arrange mail andcourier functions
Perform a range ofgeneral administrative support duties
Provide assistanceto support meetings
Ensure themonitoring, purchasing and maintenance of printing andstationery supplies as required
Facilitate theutilisation of the fleet vehicles, inclusive of cleaning,service and repairs
MandatoryRequirements
Certificate III inbusiness/office administration (or related discipline) andexperience in a similar position; or
Aminimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness toachieve a Certificate III in the recommended time fromenrolment.

Astrong communicator, able to quickly build rapport andinfluence across a diverse range of people.
