Job Description
Working alongside Case Managers and the wider team, you will:
Provide practical, person-centred and trauma-informed support.
Build positive relationships that encourage independence and self-determination.
Respond to immediate needs and elevate risks appropriately.
Support day-to-day operations including transport, cleaning, gardening and administration.
Maintain accurate client records and contribute to case reviews and team meetings.
Work collaboratively to identify service improvements and achieve better outcomes for participants.
Help create a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone.

About the Candidate
Compassionate,



respectful and genuinely committed to supporting others.
Experienced in community services, homelessness or a related field - or brings equivalent skills and experience.
Confident working with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
Able to apply strengths-based, trauma-informed and culturally inclusive approaches.
A strong communicator who works well as part of a team.
Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver Licence
