Kempsey Shire Council on the NSW Mid North Coast seeks to appoint one independent external member to its Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee.
The role provides independent assurance on risk management, governance and external accountability, with four meetings a year, mainly by video conference and one in person.
Remuneration is AUD 1,100 per meeting plus 12% superannuation; travel and accommodation are covered for the in-person meeting.
