RiverCity Ferries is the proud operator of the iconic CityCats and Cross River Ferry networks on behalf of the Brisbane City Council.
We are part of Kelsian Group Limited, Australia's largest integrated land and marine, tourism and public transport provider, with international operations in London and Singapore.
About the Role
You will be dual trained as a deckhand/customer service officer.
This is a hands-on role focused on delivering safe and exceptional passenger experience.
You Will:
Deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skills
Be flexible to work split shifts, early mornings, late afternoons, including weekends and public holidays
Be able to start work from a variety of fleet locations
Follow instructions from vessel masters
Demonstrate a strong commitment to Work Health & Safety
Apply effective conflict resolution skills




Be well presented and physically capable of performing the role.
Participate in all required training, including safety drills
Qualifications
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Certificate in Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS).
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current CPR/First Aid Certificate
