We have an excellent opportunity to join our Vision Care Rx Operations Team as a Process Technician.
This role supports the timely processing and coordination of customer orders and is a hands-on, all-rounder position within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
Receive, unpack, and dispatch daily orders
Sort incoming work into defined production streams
Identify frame styles and trace lens dimensions
Match lenses with spectacle frames and manage storage allocation
Package completed spectacles and prepare shipments
Consolidate orders and prepare consignment documentation
Follow established systems and processes to meet customer and company requirements
Work collaboratively with the Lab Manager and team to meet production targets and resolve issues
Maintain compliance with quality management systems and company standards
Provide general support across operations as required
Key skills required
Strong accuracy and efficiency in pick & pack or process-based work
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
A reliable, punctual, and adaptable approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn, cross-train, and contribute across different functions
Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and customer outcomes
A proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
