THE ROLE
We are searching for our next leader to step into the role of a
Service Director
at our vibrant Before and After School Care service in
Morayfield East
.
This is a rare full time opportunity to lead one of our larger services and make a meaningful impact on children, families and educators.
Your 38-hour week will be a blend of rostered operational hours and flexible non-contact admin time-giving you autonomy to shape your day and support your service effectively.
As a Service Director, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging, child-centred program while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
You will lead, support and develop your team, build strong relationships within the service and model behaviours that empower both the children and the educators.

ABOUT YOU
Completed or currently studying toward a childcare-related Diploma (or equivalent)
Hold a valid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Hold current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willing to obtain)
Available Monday–Friday, 7:00am–9:00am and 2:00pm–6:00pm
Hold a valid Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
