You will direct a team of 120+ and report to the Regional Manager, coordinating with assistants, department managers and supervisors to run a safe, effective store.
You will drive customer experience, partner with commercial teams and central fulfilment to optimise stock and ensure safety and compliance across shifts, including weekend rosters and public holidays as
