This permanent full‐time role at Liverpool Hospital provides culturally secure, person‐centred support to Aboriginal patients and families navigating alcohol and other drug services.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, build relationships with Aboriginal communities, contribute to care planning and referrals, and promote wellbeing.
