The Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Aftercare Lead to drive the integration of aftercare services, including The Way Back NSW, across the NSLHD.
Based at Macquarie Hospital, North Ryde, the role coordinates hospital and community teams to improve access to aftercare for people who have experienced suicidal distress and leads training aligned with Suicide Prevention Care Pathways.
