Through meaningful activities and genuine relationships, you'll support residents' wellbeing and quality of life every day.
**About the role:**As a **Wellness Partner**, you'll deliver engaging, person-centred wellness programs that support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing.
Working closely with residents, families and the wider care team, you'll help create opportunities for meaningful participation, independence and connection.
You will:* Facilitate group and one-on-one wellness activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities* Build positive relationships with residents through meaningful engagement and companionship* Support residents' independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing* Collaborate with the Wellness Lead, care teams,



families and volunteers to deliver engaging programs* Assist with wellness assessments, documentation and reporting changes in resident wellbeing* Support volunteers to contribute confidently to resident activities and experiences* Prepare and maintain secure, welcoming activity spaces and equipment* Follow organisational policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives**Role Requirements:*** Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification* Current Queensland Driver Licence* Experience facilitating group and individual activities in aged care, community or disability settings* Understanding of person-centred practice, dementia care and cultural safety* Ability to adapt activities to support a range of physical and cognitive abilities* Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team* Knowledge of infection control, manual handling and aged care quality standards* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisational policies**How to apply:**Click **APPLY**to submit your application, you'll be redirected to our website to create a candidate profile, upload your resume and complete a questionnaire.
