Darwalla Group is seeking a Rearing Farm Assistant Manager (2IC) to work closely with the Farm Manager at the Killarney Breeder Rearing Farm in south-east Queensland.
You will oversee daily operations across a 6-shed rearing farm and develop into a future Farm Manager role.
Responsibilities include coordinating activities, maintaining safety, training staff, monitoring animal health, and ensuring timely documentation.
A development path supports growth within the company.
