We're seeking experienced
Disability Support Workers
who are passionate about building meaningful relationships, supporting independence, and helping participants achieve their goals.

About the Role
Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach you will:
Support participants to build independence and daily living skills
Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
Promote choice, control and self-determination
Facilitate community participation and social connection
Support participants to achieve their individual goals
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Success in this role is measured not by tasks completed,
but by outcomes achieved and the positive impact made in a participant's life.

Essential Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid and CPR
Current Driver Licence
Reliable and insured vehicle
Working With Children/Vulnerable Persons Check
Australian working rights
