As a Mental Health Nurse (RN1), you'll build your expertise while managing care and supporting consumer wellbeing.
As a Clinical Nurse (RN2), you'll take on greater autonomy, lead clinical practice, mentor colleagues and help shape service improvements that strengthen outcomes across the program.




Deliver recovery focused mental health care and case management Assess needs, develop care plans and review consumer progress Partner with carers, health professionals and community services Guide, coach and support nurses, students and new team members Lead clinical decisions, share expertise and drive best practice care (RN2) Contribute to quality improvement, research and service development About You Whether you're an emerging Mental Health Nurse (RN1) looking to grow your practice or an experienced Clinical Nurse (RN2) ready to provide clinical leadership, you'll bring a genuine commitment to recovery-focused care and building positive outcomes for consumers, carers and the wider community.
