About the role
I need educators who keep learning with me.
As
Educational Leader
, you will guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, Room Leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.
What you'll do
My learning feels deeper when you help educators listen to children's voices, cultures and interests.
My progress becomes clearer when you guide the assessment and planning cycle.
My ideas are noticed when you strengthen documentation,



intentional teaching and reflection.
My family feels included when you connect family input, observations and curriculum decisions.
My rights and agency are protected when you champion children's participation.
My campus grows when you contribute to QIP, self-assessment and Assessment and Rating preparation.
My educators grow when you build their confidence through coaching and inquiry.
What you'll bring
Early Childhood Teaching qualification preferred, or Diploma or higher.
Experience leading a room or team.
Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, Child Safe Standards and inclusive practice.
Understanding of curriculum theory and educational leadership.
Confidence mentoring educators and leading reflection.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
