Job Title: HR Coordinator Location: West Sydney | 3 days Onsite, 2 days WFH Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Super About the Role We are partnering with a well-established, global organisation within the engineering and industrial services sector to recruit an HR Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR skilled who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment and is looking for a stable, long-term role with scope to broaden their exposure.
You will join a small, collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle Assist with onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication Maintain and update employee records within HR systems (SAP experience highly regarded) Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Support payroll processes in collaboration with the wider team Assist with reporting, data management,



and general HR operations Contribute to process improvements and support broader HR initiatives About You 3–4+ years' experience in an HR Coordinator / HR Administration role Strong administrative capability with high attention to detail Professional, mature, and confident communicator Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Experience working in structured or complex organisations is advantageous Comfortable managing repetitive and process-driven tasks Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively SAP or similar HRIS experience is highly desirable Demonstrated stability in previous roles Why Apply?
