We're looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our busy Stores team.
This is a hands-on, high-volume role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems on the go and working with a outstanding team.
We're more interested in your attitude, energy and ability to make things happen than simply ticking every box on a resume.
About the Role As Transport Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating daily transport movements, scheduling deliveries and collections, communicating with drivers and internal teams, and ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently and on time.
This is a busy coordination role , with approximately ***** phone calls per day , so you'll need to be confident communicating with a wide range of people and comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.
You'll be someone who can stay calm under pressure, react quickly when plans change and keep a positive attitude when things get busy.
What We're Looking For Exceptional time management and organisational skills Strong scheduling and coordination experience Fantastic communication skills — confident and professional on the phone Understanding of NHVR legislation, road permits,



transport movements and logistics Knowledge of trucks and transport operations Good to advanced Excel skills Experience using works management or similar operational systems Previous experience in a Transport, Logistics or Scheduling Coordinator role is highly regarded Ability to react quickly to changing priorities and short timeframes A positive, energetic and solutions-focused attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys being busy and working as part of a team The Person We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and the right attitude .
You might have years of transport experience, or you may have strong coordination and scheduling skills and be ready to take the next step into transport.
