Position Overview Civeo is seeking a proactive Retail Systems Capability Coordinator to support retail capability, systems governance and operational improvement across our national village network.
This newly created role focuses on improving retail performance through the coordination of systems, processes and capability initiatives across multiple sites.
Partnering with Retail Operations, Village Teams, Finance, IT and Supply Chain, you will enhance system utilisation, drive operational consistency and support continuous improvement across the network.
Using data-driven insights and operational best practice, you will identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, reporting accuracy and inventory performance, while supporting projects that strengthen retail systems and ways of working.
Ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, stakeholder engagement and operational improvement, the role requires extensive travel to support site implementations, capability development, and change initiatives.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, food and accommodation services or other multi-site operational environments who understand how systems, data and process improvement contribute to operational success.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support retail technology platforms, business applications and operational systems across the network.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, consistency, efficiency and compliance within retail operations.
Support the delivery of system enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and facilitate capability-building activities, resources and practical support for site-based teams.
Support the adoption of new systems, processes and business initiatives through stakeholder engagement and coaching.
Analyse operational and retail performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Assist with the development and maintenance of operational standards, procedures and user documentation.
Coordinate testing, implementation activities and stakeholder communications for current initiatives.
Conduct site visits to assess system utilisation, process effectiveness and capability development opportunities.
Support data integrity, reporting accuracy and continuous improvement activities across retail operations.
Skills Experience Experience within retail, hospitality, accommodation services, food service or other high-volume operational environments.
Strong understanding of operational systems retail technology platforms including POS, inventory and stock control systems.
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation or operational projects.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and identify practical business improvements.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence working across cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
Experience in capability development, training coordination or change management will be highly regarded.
