11th September, **** Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter on behalf of our client, an international industry-leading distributor of aftermarket truck and bus parts.
Due to ongoing business growth, they are now seeking an additional team member to join their high-performing Belmont branch.
The Role: Working within a busy and supportive team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with heavy automotive parts enquiries across phone, counter and online sales.
This role will focus on spare parts supply, providing accurate advice, identifying suitable parts and ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key duties will include: Responding to customer parts enquiries via phone, counter and online orders Interpreting and identifying suitable truck and bus parts Processing sales orders and following up customer requests Providing product advice and support to trade and retail customers Working closely with the wider branch team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What You'll Need: Minimum 2 years' previous parts interpreting or parts sales experience Solid knowledge of the light or heavy automotive industry Truck,
